Ok, so DH and I have decided to go all out this year- stay keto, be more active, really LOSE OUR ASSES. Literally.
Me being me, I’ve decided to take you all along for the ride.

You’ll see and hear all about the ups and downs, the pounds lost, the tips and tricks and hacks that we use- and what happens when we do. It will be fun, he’s a Greek guy in his mid 40’s and I’m a Latina about to hit 40, so there’s that. We both work in jobs that require a bit of sitting, and we’ve got 3 kids (2 at home) and a little dog that is basically a furry toddler and only wants to eat what’s on YOUR plate.
Oh, and I LOVE food. Like, when I was a kid, cookies and cakes and pasta were the SHIT. Feel down? Have a cookie! Something good happened? How about some cake? Tired and don’t feel like cooking? Pizza for everyone!
Yeah, I’ve got issues with food. Who doesn’t, amirite?
Anyway, we’ve gotten some cool gear to make life easier, stocked up on some cool supplements, and we’ll tell you all about what works (and what doesn’t) along the way, but….
